Family owned and operated since 2010 when we added a commercial kitchen to our home to accomodate my love of baking.  What was supposed to be an order only hobby soon become a Saturday morning business.  A year later a successful week at the Albion Fair led to opening a storefront in Albion and adding food and coffee.  Two years after that our success led us to purchase and open the Location in Fairview which expanded us into full service restaurant.  Five years after that led to our expansion in Fairview and a year later to our opening in Summit township at Copperleaf.   And now you can find us on the road with our mobile food trailer.   Our goal is to provide homestyle food and bakery items that remind you of home.
